Effective communication is one of the important tools which is used in the workplace environment. In this course we make our trainees understand the importance of effective communication at work. They are also are  made aware of meeting the specific communication and language needs. Knowing about the wishes and preferences of the individuals through their communication is also important within the workplace to know what is expected and required of you. Interpersonal relationships between the colleagues and with your employer is also important. The course ensures that the healthcare workers know how to promote effective communication and know its principles and practises.

Confidentiality is a prime tool which is used within the effective communication. If one person is entrusting, you with up confidential information you are supposed to keep the trust and ensure that the information remains confidential. The importance of handling the information correctly is also one of the tools that is used within effective communication.

When working within the healthcare environment it is important to pass on the information as you heard it. The passing of  information correctly enables the healthcare workers to understand the sensitive nature of information this line not needed They can explain how to promote and how to meet the needs for effective communication that is used within the working environment. They also know about the importance of communication and the importance of its tools.

These trainees know about confidentiality and passing on information correctly which makes them a trusted person within the working environment. We enableour healthcare workers to train others and to be able to use all the knowledge and formation that is given to them within the course.
